Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM The minutes for January 6, 2014 were read and accepted with corrections noted.
Tom Kennedy has volunteered to serve on the Board. Fred made a motion to
accept Tom as an Associate Board member. Voting in favor to accept Tom as a Board member were Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, and Ron Seaburg. Absent: Sarto Caron. We all look forward to working with Tom and appreciate his volunteering
to serve the Town of Holland.

Applicant would like to add a second floor to the existing house, expand the front
deck, and add a 6’ x 6’ addition.
Also in attendance were Conner Kaplin and builder Andrew LaRoche.
The Board answered the applicant’s questions and explained the options
for building an addition.
A site visit was scheduled for 1-17-14 at 10 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for 1-28-14 at 7:30 PM.
8:00 PM The meeting was adjourned.
